Prior to this role, PJ served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director at Rental Beast. Before that, PJ was the General Manager of Rental Beast’s Philadelphia operation. Josh Cadillac

Josh Cadillac is a real estate coach, national speaker, and author who trains RE professionals how to Close for Life by building lasting success through extensive knowledge. Brandon Fenton

Brandon Fenton started his career in Governmental Affairs during the 2018 first regular legislative session in Missouri when he was selected by the 75,000 students of the University of Missouri System to be one of their registered lobbyists from the University of Missouri - Saint Louis campus. He was further appointed to become the Legislative Director for The Associated Students of the University of Missouri (ASUM) in 2020 and led the ASUM Governmental Affairs team on a variety of issues. He continued in this role for 2 years before joining the Kansas Association of REALTORS® as the Public Policy Field Director. His educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science, and a Master of Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Policy Research and Analysis, both from the University of Missouri - Saint Louis. He also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve with 3D Battalion, 23D Marines from 2014 to 2021 in a variety of communications and infantry job fields and was honorably discharged as a Corporal.

Mark Tomb is the Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Kansas Association of REALTORS. He joined KAR in 2019, serving as the lobbyist for the state’s largest trade association. His background includes working nearly 20 years in governmental relations and membership services for the Iowa League of Cities and the League of Kansas Municipalities. Jessica Hickok

Jessica Hickok is an accomplished executive leader with a rich history steeped in association management, now serving as the CEO of the ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials). Holding a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a CAE credential from the American Society of Association Executives, Jessica has over two decades in the top executive roles, including a large regional MLS, and both local and state REALTOR® associations. These roles have scored her extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, financial management, and team building.

With Jessica’s administration at ARELLO, an international organization that supports regulatory agencies in the administration and enforcement of real estate license laws, she has honed her skills in cross-functional collaboration with several industry partners in the regulatory space. ARELLO accredits a national exam for real estate and also hosts the largest worldwide database of real estate license and timeshare registry data.

Erik Wisner

Erik has 20 years of experiencing working in the legislative and executive branches of state government. Erik was appointed as the Executive Director of the Kansas Real Estate Commission in 2015. Since that time the Commission has focused on recruiting and retaining a highly competent team to fulfill the Commission’s mission of protecting the public interest in transacting real estate. Erik served as the 2023 President of the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials. Prior to his appointment to his role at the Commission, Erik served as an Assistant Secretary of the Kansas Department of Agriculture where he was responsible for the fiscal, information technology and human resources sections of the agency. Erik has a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and a master’s degree from the University of Kansas. Outside of work Erik enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and 8-year old daughter.

Kevin Brown

NAR 2024 First VP

Kevin Brown (AHWD, C2EX) is the 2024 First Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS® and a second-generation real estate professional with over 44 years of experience. He owns and manages the family business in Oakland, Calif., collaborating often with his brother, Bill Brown, the 2017 NAR President. Kevin is the broker-owner of Better Homes Realty and Brown Commercial Investment Real Estate Services, serving Oakland, Berkeley, and the Bay Area.

Specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales, Kevin also excels in investment property brokerage and management. His clientele includes residential buyers and sellers, banks, institutional investors, large trusts, law firms, the City of Berkeley, smaller investors, and the U.S. Marshal Service.

Kevin has been actively involved in real estate associations for over two decades, focusing on public policy to protect consumer interests, property rights, and home ownership. He has held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Oakland Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®, where he worked with Congress and government agencies during the post-2008 economic recovery.

Since 2011, Kevin has served on NAR’s Board of Directors, chaired the Conventional Finance and Policy Committee, and held various leadership positions, including NAR Regional Vice President and REALTOR® Party Director. He has testified before Congress on behalf of NAR multiple times.

Kevin’s ongoing goals include enhancing industry ethics and professionalism, advocating for affordable housing and financing, and increasing housing inventory.

He resides in Lake Tahoe with his wife, Abigail, and their two adult children, Sean and Olivia. In his free time, Kevin enjoys carpentry, woodworking, reading, skiing, backpacking, and scuba diving.
